FIREARMS RIGHTS

The right to keep and bear arms is an individual right and should be so respected. Kevin opposes gun registration and restrictions on firearms such as those contained in the Clinton Gun Ban (now sunsetted). There should be strong criminal sanctions for the use of firearms in committing crimes and for possession of firearms by convicted felons.
